Repti Turtle Sulfa Dip aids in the treatment, control and prevention of external bacterial diseases, and in the prevention of secondary fungal infections, of aquatic and box turtles. The fast acting isotonic solution allows infected tissue to absorb medication quickly, and is non irritating to your turtle's eyes.

FORM POWDER
Dissolve two teaspoonfuls in enough water to make one quart of dip solution. Place the solution into a tub, bucket or small aquarium that is not much larger than the length and width of your turtle. The solution should barely cover the top of your aquatic turtle's shell or the top of the legs on your box turtle. Should the water level be too low, then mix a second quart of the dip solution until desired water level is achieved. Soak infected turtle for 1 to 3 hours, then return to primary aquarium /terrarium. Do not reuse solution. Repeat daily for 7 treatments. If problem persists after 7 treatments, consult a reptile veterinarian.
Sodium chloride (for solution isotonicity), sulfisoxazole, and neomycin sulfate.

An all natural sea salt, used in the pond to improve fish gill function and to reduce stress. During period of stress and disease healthy gill function is disturbed. This can lead to the loss of electrolytes such as sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium and chloride through the gills. Battery installation:
Remove battery cover from back of time.
Remove battery seal and reinstall battery.
Replace battery cover. (Note: Battery will activate display screen and start clock automatically.)
Plug Center into a grounded 3-prong receptacle controlled by a GFI circuit breaker.

The Advantage Sterilizer can be installed vertically or horizontally. The best place to install your UV sterilizer is after the filter. If it is necessary to install the sterilizer before the filter, adequate pre-filtration should be used to prevent the quartz sleeve from breaking from debris.

The Aqua Ultraviolet quartz sleeve should be cleaned once a year to remove film from the surface that will hinder the effectiveness of the UV.
